Mountains of Hong Kong

Alright, pretty slow week, but it is finally P-DAY WOOT WOOT. umm Not doing a whole lot, just gonna go to the dentist and such. buy some groceries. just love p-days man.
Anywho, two really interesting things happened this last week. I had my first 8 hour finding day, and I went off on my trainer.
Well let's get started with the less dramatic one. I woke up and was feeling really good and the night prior I decided to do a fast. Didn't eat breakfast and had a solid 10 minute prayer to start this bad boy out. Did a serious work out because why not, got home, showered, got ready, sat down to start planning looked at my schedule and saw it was BLANK. I mean BLANK, man. So I looked at my trainer and said we are going finding today for 8 hours. So we do our studies and my trainer eats lunch and we are out of the house by like 12:30. We start by going up into this mountain and we are up there for a few hours knocking on doors and walking through the jungle, talking to the random old guys just strolling. And we sweat so much my shirt was soaked, my pants were soaked and the BofM I had in my bag had water damage because of my back sweat. Freaking gross. We get out of the mountain and go back to the city and I look at my watch and it says 15:00...... we still got 5 hours..... freak man, that was crazy. I really wasn't tired until like the last hour but I was just being rolled around on this weird spiritual journey as I tried to talk people, fight my hunger and remember why I was fasting. My patience was real low and I kinda yelled at this old Asian guy (in Cantonese) cause he called us a cult, and so I said "Sorry, but we aren't a cult, we are the blah blah of Latter-day Saints, not a cult. Thank you" and looked at him for a second then he looked at the ground and kept walking. Most people here in Hong Kong are just punks so you gotta let them know what's up. ANYWAYS, towards the end of the night I started to reflect on the day, and was thinking about what was different. The things that I asked for, and pondered over subtly manifested themselves to me throughout the day and  I didn't even realize it. So wonderful. This church is true.
Ok, so I went off on my trainer right? Yeah it was pretty bad. We were arguing over the dumbest thing and I thought to myself "Am I really gonna do this right now?" and I just snapped. If you would have shaved my head and given me a campaign cover it would be all too familiar. I for  real was knife handing everything, in his face, speaking a thousand words a minute, full on D.I. I went off for like 10 minutes. I did slip and say the F-word, which made me more mad and I said a trail of a couple others. But eventually I got a grip, and calmed down and apologized. This kid just sat there and took it. Didn't do anything. If he would have fought back or done the slightest thing I honestly might be having a special meeting with the Mission President right now.
What I learned from this week? Both consequences of both good choices and the bad choices are only a few split decisions away. It is a constant battle to who will win over the thoughts of your mind and the emotions of your heart. Remain diligent and conscious of the choices you make, that is when the light will win the battle.

About the pics and me and my trainer are cool don't worry.
pic explanation, the scenic stuff is from the mountain find, my trainer does this weird stretch all the time so here is proof because pics or it didn't happen, am I right? We went to the temple so here is a bomb photo, the Asian guy is Prince, one of our Investigators that is super weird but I love him, we went to the beach and suffered because we couldn't go in the water. OK peace.
