Lion's Rock Hike
It has been awhile since Elder Young has emailed a letter. He has started sending video messages with a run down of his weeks. These short videos give us a small glimpse into his everyday experiences and the craziness of living in such a small apartment with a group of elders.

Zone Conference
"What a wonderful Zone Conference all being able to meet together for the day. The missionaries enjoyed a high end Italian meal for lunch and New York style bagels later that day. They had a lot of inspired instruction, as well as some fun!"

Christmas Call Home
We were able to connect with Elder Young around 7:30pm our time. We spoke to him for so long! We laughed. We cried. We shared tender thoughts and support. Watching him interact with their recent convert was so sweet. What a great blessing to be able to see his face and hear him laugh.
Merry Christmas!
Thankful for once
Man, this week has been a bit all over the place, BUT our friend Dor Dor got baptized this last week and it was honestly super crazy!! We have a some work ahead of us, but I am excited to help these people come closer to Christ, as I myself am trying to get closer to Him.
Hope everyone is doing great! Talk to you soon!
Baptism of Dor Dor
"Oh Sh*t"
Yeah so we were having our weekly ward correlation meeting and a little kid mistakenly walked into our meeting and his face gets super red, and you hear him whisper "...oh shit..." the funniest thing that has happened on my mission. Our ward also had a baptism for an 8 year old after church so we attended because there is a investigator who wants to see a baptism before she gets baptized, so we are watching it all go down. As they walk into the font I look right at the little kid, and it was the SAME kid who walked into our correlation meeting. I died, I like kinda freaked out and was like " IT'S HIM!!!" haha But it was all good.
This week has been ok, just changing as fast as I can from two Elder companionships to one elders and one sisters. So yeah, this week has been pretty crazy. Our District is also just my companionship and the sisters... the smallest in the mission.. so that's something. No pics this week sorry but next week when I get my stuff figured out! hope everyone is doing well!! Merry Christmas!

Transfer Calls!
We are getting Sisters!! Wow so good! It is gonna be really nice because we have SOOO many female members and RC's and investigators that we will just constantly be turning over! I am pretty pumped! But sadly my Asian companion is moving, he is finishing training another elder on the Hong Kong Island. So I will now be companions with Elder Gubbler! He is a really funny guy, and his Cantonese is INSANE. Gonna learn so much Canto.
Getting pretty festive out here, sike not at all. Literally all the Christmas spirit is within. NOBODY out here celebrates it, and it makes me real sad. BUT if you ask people why we have Christmas on the street they know for a fact that it is about Jesus! It's real cool. To cheer up the neighborhood we belted some Christmas carols out of our window during Comp study. haha
I also had subway for the first time out here and it tasted SOOO good!
Aight thats about it for us! talk to you all next week!

I want 'em to race!
Well our kids English class was pretty lit this past week. We had some mad kids. They are so crazy. We teach these little genius more colloquial stuff so they can work more on conversation. One Elder that was teaching the class and needed to wrap up the class, and so he was thinking how to end it. Then you just this wry smile go across his face and he mumbles "I want 'em to race" and it was the funniest thing. He told them to line up at the back and it was the most insane thing(gif)
We had this cool stake activity that was all about family history and it was super dope (pics) me and my comp Elder Liu just talked to some members, ate some food and then bounced. Our mission president helped us teach on of our areas investigators why we can't drink tea. it was really funny. He is so good!
Also this week we got some new friends! Their names are Jeff and Macy!(they low key are dating and it's pretty funny) They both are just really nice people and just fun to be around. Hopefully we can help them come closer to Christ and choose for themselves if what we say is true or not. Hopefully we can meet with them this week!
Hope everyone is having a great Christmas back in the states! talk to y'all next week.
